An Eiffel Tower Anniversary Photoshoot to Celebrate 4 Years of Marriage

I was so honored to be Michael and Melissa’s photographer for their 4th anniversary trip to Paris! This sweet, fun, and romantic couple flew from the US to celebrate their wedding anniversary in France, and I was so thrilled to help them mark the occasion. We decided to make it primarily an Eiffel Tower anniversary photoshoot, but as you’ll see, we incorporated multiple different locations along the way!

I planned a romantic, fun-filled anniversary photo shoot for them, all around the Eiffel Tower area. This couple had so much fun together, and I think that really shines through in their photos! We managed to fit in so many different Eiffel Tower locations into this session, before finishing up at an outdoor cafe.

Paris Photo Shoot Route:

We met at Place du Trocadero at sunrise. From there, we walked through the Trocadero gardens and down to the banks of the Seine river. Then we headed up to the Bir-Hakeim bridge, before taking a car to Rue de L’Université right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. To wrap up our morning, we headed to a Parisian cafe in the 7th arrondissement for final photos with lattes and croissants.

Photo Shoot Outfits:

Michael wore khaki pants with a chocolate-brown button-down shirt, and Melissa wore a midi wrap dress in nude lace with a white floral pattern. I loved the way their two outfits complemented each other without feeling too matchy-matchy.

My Favorite Moments and Details from our Session:

They both wore the very same shoes that they wore on their wedding day, which is their yearly tradition for every anniversary! I thought it was such a meaningful touch.

I also looooved how at ease Michael and Melissa were with each other! We had so much fun together.
