Paige Gribb Photography: Update regarding COVID-19

Hi everyone,

I’ve been getting lots of emails and messages from people concerned about the novel coronavirus and what it means for their travel plans. As of March 11, 2020, there is now a global travel advisory, and travel between Europe and the USA has been severely limited.

Paris is a dream for many, and it is disappointing to have to cancel a trip that you may have been looking forward to for a long time. For those of you who were planning elopements, weddings, or other ceremonies, this is particularly difficult. Please know that I share in your disappointment.

I know this is a worrying time, and that the emotional pain of having to cancel a trip often comes with financial strain as well. I would like to alleviate as much of that as I can.

For those who have booked a shoot with Paige Gribb Photography, or who have been considering doing so, please know that I will be offering full refunds, including refunds of deposits, to anyone who cancels their travel plans due to the Coronavirus. Rescheduling for a later date or time is also free of charge.

I have already been in touch with everyone I had scheduled for March or April, but this policy will continue to apply beyond that until we have more information. As of now, I am no longer taking any bookings for dates through at least the end of April 2020 and likely beyond. I am happy to provide information about Paris and shoots in general, and to discuss tentative dates further down the line, but I strongly encourage anyone planning airline travel (to France or anywhere else) in later months to postpone your trip.

There are some links below to English-language resources regarding the epidemic in France and the world, and what we can do to limit its spread. I will be monitoring the situation in the coming days, weeks, and months, and I will update you in the event of major changes.

In times like these, your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of those around you, should absolutely come first. I hope that you and yours are well, stay well, and do what you can to help “flatten the curve” (see resources below). Paris will be waiting for you when the time is right, and I hope to see you all there whenever makes the most sense for you and for the people you love.

All my best,

Paige
